Ok so hopefully this will be the last time I start attempting to lose weight. I have decided that I am going to do some type of exercise everyday no matter what. I also have committed myself to eating at the very least 3 meals a day because I believe that is a big part of why I am still holding on to all this weight. So today is the first day of the rest of my life. I will post pics later this evening so we can have a beginning so I don't forget why I'm doing this.
